We’re getting very close to wrapping up all the tracking for our full length. Probably just one more long day in the studio.
This photo pretty much sums up how excited and happy we are to head back to Q Division Studios. More guitars and some vocals this weekend. These songs are taking shape people!!
Well another weekend came and went really fast. I’m sure you can all relate. Q Division Studios was our home for the last two days. Drums are done, 99.9% of the bass is recorded, and we were able to get some acoustic violin and guitar tracks completed. We have a few weeks off and then we will tackle more guitars, violin, vocals, aux percussion and a few surprises! The songs are really starting to take shape and we couldn’t be more pumped! Again, big thanks to our engineer Chris Johnson. Thanks for following along. hugs, larcenist
Well folks, we finished tracking all the drums this past weekend. Big thanks to our man behind the board, Mr. Chris Johnson. The poor guy was stuck with us for close to 45 hours over three days. We had a blast, but are definitely looking forward to a few days off. More photos and stories to come when we go back in on Saturday. hugs, larcenist
Oh me oh my, Sleepover Shows did a fantastic job capturing our session & beards. Enjoy these, 2 will be on our upcoming record and all can be heard on Thursday at Middle East Upstairs. View the other two here.
This is a live recording of our song “Starless”, which will most likely be on our forthcoming album. This was done by Bryan Minto, at his home in Providence. Bryan does one mic magic!
We told you we had a little surprise up our sleeves. Well here it is. Starless, a beautiful little ditty which will be on the next Larcenist record. Here’s your sneak peak! Big thanks to Bryan Minto for inviting us over on a Saturday afternoon and recording it. Enjoy.
